Nepean Basketball Club is a non-profit basketball organisation and participates within Penrith Basketball Association at Penrith Valley Regional Sports Centre on Herbert Street, Cambridge Park. Nepean Basketball has boys and girl’s teams for children aged 8 to 18. Basketball is played all year round with the year being divided into summer and winter competitions. Games are played during the school terms with a longer break at Christmas. All games are played indoors which means your game will never be cancelled due to bad or extreme weather conditions.
For those first starting out Penrith Basketball offers a Learn to Play program as well as an Under 8’s competition in which children play on a modified court and is a mixture of boys and girls. More information can be found at Penrith Basketball.
